Great scanner overall and the build quality is impressive. It handles 2D barcodes smoothly and the waterproof feature works as advertised. One thing I noticed is that it struggles slightly with very small or poorly printed barcodes, though this is minor. The drop protection up to 20 feet gives me peace of mind on a busy warehouse floor. Cable connection is reliable. Would definitely buy again.

This scanner has been a game changer for our warehouse operations. The waterproof design is fantastic because we can actually use it in our wet processing area without worrying about damage. I’ve dropped it multiple times from about 6 feet and it keeps working perfectly. The 12-inch scanning distance makes inventory checks so much faster than our old scanner. Outstanding durability and performance. We needed something that could handle our harsh industrial environment, and the Adesso NuScan 5200T exceeds expectations. The IP67 waterproof rating is legitimate. I submerged mine accidentally and it continued working without any issues. The antimicrobial casing is perfect for our facility. Scans both 1D and 2D barcodes reliably. Highly recommended for serious industrial use.

Solid performer for our retail stockroom operations. The scanner is rugged and the waterproof design means we can use it in the cooler area without concerns. Curved surface scanning works well. The only downside is that it takes a moment to recognize some lower quality barcodes, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Good value for the money and customer service was responsive when I had questions about setup.
