Works well with my setup. I use it to add a second VGA display for productivity, and the active adapter handles the conversion smoothly at full resolution. My only wish is that it came with a slightly longer cable, but that’s not a deal breaker. Good quality construction and reliable performance for office use.

Great adapter for the price. Connects my DP laptop to the old VGA monitor in my office without any issues. The cable is a bit shorter than I expected, so I ended up needing an extension, but that’s a minor inconvenience.
