The document separation is incredibly smooth now, and pages feed through without jamming like they used to. I appreciate that they’re rated for 200,000 sheets or a year of use, whichever comes first. I purchased these to fix my office scanner’s persistent jamming problem. They’ve done the job well and feed documents consistently now. The rollers feel durable and well-made. One small thing: the packaging could be better protected during shipping, though fortunately mine arrived undamaged. For the price and the one-year or 200,000 sheet lifespan, they’re definitely a reasonable investment.

Good quality replacement rollers that definitely improved my scanner’s performance. Document feeding is much more reliable than before, and separation works smoothly. My only minor observation is that installation instructions could have been slightly more detailed for someone unfamiliar with scanner maintenance. Otherwise, solid product that lives up to the 200,000 sheet rating. Would buy again.
