The ImageScan Pro 687 has been reliable for our hospital intake department. It processes insurance cards and documents quickly, and the image quality meets all our requirements. Setup was straightforward with athenahealth integration. One thing we noticed is occasionally you need to adjust the lighting angle slightly for certain card types, but once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing.

Outstanding scanner. I manage document intake for a 12-provider medical group and this thing handles the volume beautifully.
