Set this up last week and it’s been working well. The two-bay design is straightforward to manage, and having the hard drives pre-installed was a huge convenience. Network speeds are good for our purposes. I wish the documentation included a few more troubleshooting tips for advanced configurations, but the online support filled those gaps. Overall solid choice for small office storage. No regrets with this purchase.

Great value for the price point. Comes with drives included which is convenient, and the build quality feels solid. Performance is snappy for file transfers across our office network. One minor thing: the power consumption seems a bit higher than I expected from the specs, but it hasn’t been a dealbreaker. Would definitely recommend for small business backup needs. TAA compliance is a nice bonus too.
