Good headset that does what it’s supposed to do. The DECT wireless range is impressive and I haven’t experienced any dropped calls since installing it. Sound is clear on both ends of conversations. Build quality feels professional and durable. My only minor complaint is the carrying case could use a little more padding for protection, but the headset itself is definitely worth the price. Works well in our US office.

The Poly Savi 7310-M is a solid headset for office use. Connection strength is reliable, audio quality is good, and it’s comfortable to wear all day. The single ear design works great for our call center environment. One small thing: the charging dock could be a bit more stable when you’re quickly placing it down between calls, but it’s not a major issue. Overall satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it.
