I started A Dozen Cousins so that I could share my favorite dishes using authentic recipes and real wholesome ingredients. I named the brand after my daughter, her 11 cousins, and all the great family dinners we enjoy together. Also it’s really fun to say. – J. B., Founder. Why bone broth? Our bone broth is made by slowly simmering chicken bones to release protein, collagen and other vitamins and nutrients. We then cook our rice using this nutritious broth to create a one-of-a-kind dish.
