By purchasing from HIGHOHAY you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”); furthermore, you represent, warrant, and confirm the following:

2. You are not a felon;
3. You are not legally barred from purchasing, possessing, or using the item(s) purchased;
4. You are legally allowed to possess and use the item(s) in your state;
5. Your purchase does not violate any local, state, or federal laws;
6. You are not purchasing the item(s) for criminal or amoral purposes;
7. You will only use the item(s) purchased for lawful purposes;
8. You are purchasing the item(s) on your own behalf and not on behalf someone else in order to avoid complying with these Terms and Conditions;
9. You assume all risk of use (or misuse) of the item(s) purchased;
10. You agree, for yourself and your heirs, assigns, and agents, to fully and completely release, never bring any action in any court of law against, and to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HIGHOHAY for any and all liability stemming from your purchase, possession, or use of the item(s).

HIGHOHAY assumes NO LIABILITY for your use or misuse of any item(s) sold or donated, including without limitation any incidental or consequential liability.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated, revised, or changed without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 

Account Registration

To access certain features of the website, such as purchasing products, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security. 

Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders if necessary, even after an order has been placed. Availability of products is subject to change without notice. 

Pricing and Payment

All prices on the website are in “USD ($)” and are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the available payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse any order or payment method at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (48 states) and Canada.

• •  Excluded: P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), and territories outside the 48 U.S. states and Canada.

• Shipping Methods & Carriers:

Orders are fulfilled via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on destination and package size.

• Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement.
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day; orders after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

• Delivery Timeframes:

U.S. (48 states): 3–5 business days after processing.
Canada: 5–10 business days after processing (subject to customs clearance).

• Free Shipping:

  • U.S. (48 states): Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Canada: Free standard shipping only on orders above $200 USD (minimum threshold). Otherwise, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important Notes:
HIGHOHAY is not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns and Refunds

At HIGHOHAY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Food, beverages, and supplements
• Fashion items (clothing, accessories)
• Intimate wellness products/consumables
• Personal care items

For all other eligible returns:

• Initiate a Request: Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of delivery via:

• Return Authorization (RA):
  • An RA number is required for all returns. We will provide one after reviewing your request.
  • RA numbers expire in 7 days—returns received after this period will be refused.

• Conditions for Refund:
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped freight prepaid.
  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the item.

• Defective/DOA Items:
  • Eligible for replacement only (same product/model).
  • Must include original factory packaging; deviations incur a 20% restocking fee.

Note:

• Write the RA number on the shipping label (not the carton).
• Returns shipped freight collect or without an RA will be refused.
• Refund amounts are based on the purchase price or current price (whichever is lower).

All content on the HIGHOHAY website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HIGHOHAY or its licensors/partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the website without prior written permission. 

User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our website, you grant HIGHOHAY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, modify, and publish such content in any format. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit. 

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm HIGHOHAY, its customers, or other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: 

• Hacking or compromising the security of the website 

• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating another person
